Limit tree to pathways between pump and probe.

Parameters

  • ketbra (KetBra) – Root of excitation tree.

  • pump (KetBra) – Coherence after first excitation.

  • probe (KetBra) – Coherence after third excitation.

Returns

ketbra with pathways not between pump and probe removed.
